The real game...love!!

Folks...This one is from my friends blog but these are the very true sentences...very true...In evryone's life this situation comes and your the best person to deal with it...

Life is the process of finding love; every person will need to find four people in their life...
For some lucky people out there, three out of the four people will be the same person, but for others, they'll just have to keep looking.

-first person is you,
-second person is the one you love the most,
-third person is the one who loves you the most
-and the fourth person is the one you spend your whole life with.

Sadly, in real life, not everybody can have these three people to be the same person. The one you love most doesn't love you. The one who loves you the most, is never the one you love and the one you spend the rest of your life with is never the one you love the most or the one who loves you the most! He/She is just the person who happens to be at the right place, at the right time.

Which person are you in other people's lives?

and also remeber following three things...in love...

- "If u hold love too lightly, it would fly... but if u hold it too tightly, then also, it would die"

- "If ur love wants to fly, let it... Only if it comes back to you, then its urs"

- "Love is when you take away the feeling, the passion, and the romance in a relationship and find out that you still care for that person...!!"

Eyes...

I gaze into twin pools of warmth
Bright and sparkling
I see something indescribable
Something I can't quite put my finger on.
Twin pool, blazing and brilliant
Making all your sweetness
And all your compassion
Crystal clear.
Twin pools shimmering and glimmering
Showing how you're
Sweet, sensitive,caring and kind
Funny athletic
cunning and friendly
Twin pools, so animated and intense
Help me to share
Your love of life,
Your life of love.
I gaze into twin pools of warmth
and I see the sweetest person
I've ever met or ever will meet
I recognize a sincere and honest person
who can never be replaced
I realize you are so special because
When I look into your eyes
I witness a miracle, I find a friend...

Leader....

This one is “Classy” article published in times which clearly defines what is leader and what he should do. This one is written by Mr. Rudy Giuliani. (Former New York Mayor).

“Under promise and over deliver”

Surround yourself with great people. Have beliefs and communicate them. Set an example. Stand up to bullies. Deal with first things first. Loyalty is the vital virtue. Prepare relentlessly. Under promise and over deliver this is the “mantra”. Don’t assume a damn thing.
Leadership does not simply happen. It can be taught, learned and developed. There are many ways to lead and ultimately you will know what techniques and approaches work best – Those you hope to lead will tell you. Much of your ability to get people to do what they have to do is going to depend on what they perceive when they look at you and listen to you.
Much of a leader’s approach must be formed from the raw material of his or her own life. Leadership does not simply happen. It can be taught, learned, developed. Read biographies of leaders you admire. That will tell you more about leadership than any other leadership book.
Leaders may possess brilliance, extraordinary vision, fate, even luck. Those help, but no one, no matter how gifted, can perform without careful preparation, thoughtful experiment and determined follow-through. Any leader is only as good as his word. People need to understand that you mean exactly what you say!!
And as Napoleon Bonaparte said….

A leader is a dealer in hope...!!

"If...

"If" - An Inspirational Poem by Rudyard Kipling

If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs and
blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
but make allowances for their doubting, too.

If you can wait but not be tired of waiting,
or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
and yet don't look too good nor talk too wise,

If you can dream but not make dreams your master,
if you can think and not make thoughts your aim,
If you can meet with triumph and disaster,
and treat those two imposters just the same,

If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
and stoop and build them up with worn-out tools,

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
and risk it on one turn of pitch and toss,
and lose and start again at your beginnings
and never breathe a word about your loss,

If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
to serve your turn long after they are gone,
and to hold on when there is nothing in you
but the will that says to them "hold on,"

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
or walk with kings nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you,
if all men count with you but none too much,

If you can fill the unforgiving minute
with 60 seconds worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
and which is more, you'll be a man, my son...
