Goals...

In life everybody wants to achieve something for that everybody sets goals. I think that's definitely a good topic to talk about.

You have a great routine (exercising, working, partying!!) and life as usual changes on you. This isn’t a bad thing, it just is. It’s a natural part of life and something that should be looked towards as opposed to resisted. The problem comes into play if you have a goal you’re trying to reach and the change interrupts it. This is where the idea of getting back on track comes into play. Personally, you have to reevaluate whatever goal it is you have and decide if it’s something you still want to do, or if it’s a priority in your life.
I’ve noticed when changes come in life that interrupts your flow, it’s usually for a reason. It’s either a test, to see how much you want something or a sign, pushing you to something better. That’s why re-evaluating your goals is so important. You may realize that the purpose you use to have may be outdated to who you are now. It may also need tweaking for your current needs.I learned to make list of most wanted things in my life, it’s an excellent tool to keep myself on track and constantly focused on my goals and desires.
It’s really simple and works like this: On a sheet of paper, you write down a list of the 10 things you want most in your life right now. It’s usually best to start with smaller goals or steps in the direction of a bigger goal you have; that way you can see the immediate progress you’re making. Look at this list at least once a day, and visualize yourself as having each one of these goals and your life with them.
If you notice you don’t really have a passion for one of them anymore, it’s ok, just remove it and put another on there. It’s all about honestly asking yourself what you want in your life right now.The awesome thing about this list is as you start using it more and more, your goals will start coming faster and faster. You’ll align your life to reach the goals you set for yourself. For instance, one of my goal last year was to reduce 15Kg’s of weight. I wrote it down and kept visualizing it everyday. Naturally, motivation came to me to workout everyday and eat right.. For anybody who knows me, this is huge, Now I am fit and fine!!
As long as you refer back to and update this list, your actions will be geared toward satisfying your goals and your life will follow suit. Then when the inevitable changes occur, the problem becomes overcoming the obstacle as opposed to ending your desire.

In life, as in football, you won't go far unless you know where the goalposts are!!
